    At this city in East Kalimantan the only available water is from deepwells and has a very high iron content. Envitech supplied a 150 litre/second Water Treatment Plant plus two smaller plants each of 20 litre/second capacity. The plants use conical sludge-blanket Clarifiers and conventional Sand Filters. The main plant is built as three x 50 litre/second lines, with tank construction specified in steel.

    This is a single-train Demineraliser with pretreatment filtration, producing high quality (4 ms/cm) water for Boiler feed. Plant capacity is 100 m3/hour. The plant is built to Oil Industry standards. The CCR Packed Bed system used by Envitech for this plant resulted in production of treated water exceeding the Client Specification by more than 10% both for quality and for quantity of water. The chemical efficiency of the process also results in lower chemical consumption and therefore lower water production cost.

  • WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM
    Reverse Osmosis is an important treatment technology for water demineralization in recent decades. Its main role is to further polishing filtered water for most industrial used process water. It apply the principle of reverse osmosis that water molecule in low concentrate solution will pass through semi-permeable membrane naturally to high concentrate solution, when applied an external pressure reversely, water molecule high concentrate solution could pass through the semi-permeate membrane to low concentrate solution, then we can get clean and pure water. Most organic molecule larger than 150-250 DALTONS such as bacteria, pathogen, sugar and protein will be retained by the membrane and be rejected. Other than water solution, some organic solution will use RO for polishing too.

PT Beiersdorf WWTP The PT Beiersdorf combined aerobic/ anaerobic WWTP in Malang.SOLUTION. NWC conducted all aspects of design, construction, and operational training for the Malang facility. Design of parallel aerobic and anaerobic wastewater treatment systems Construction of the physical facilities Operational training for Beiersdorf staff RESULT. The treatment plant was completed within schedule and budgetary agreements. Its combined treatment regime serves as model for industrial wastewater treatment for other companies in the region.

  • RECYCLE WASTEWATER TREATMENT UNILEVER
    This is a waste water treatment plus recycle water treatment plant, installed at the large Unilever production facility in Surabaya. First stage is conventional biological treatment of the waste water, with some tertiary treatment to further reduce contaminants, and this is followed by a reverse osmosis (RO) unit, supplied as a container-mounted package for rapid installation. Treated water from the RO plant is of high purity and is recycled for use as boiler feed water. Reject water from the RO plant has a high salt concentration and is normally discharged to drain, but in this case Unilever have a process use for the reject water. As a result, the installation of this plant has completely eliminated waste water discharge from the factory. There are also cost savings in reducedpurchase of PDAM water, and in boiler water treatment cost – this resulting in a “payback time” of less than 3 years

  • WATER PURIFICATION | FILTRATION EQUIPMENT SYSTEM AND ION EXCHANGE EQUIPMENT
    Ion exchange is a traditional technology of water treatment to produce high purity water or ultrapure water without ion contamination for many industrial use. In general, raw water contain many free ions such K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe2+(Cation)、HCO3-、CO32-、NO3-、SO42-(Anion), these ions can be absorbed by ion exchange resin and H+ and OH- ion will be substituted out of the resin to form H2O molecule, The feed water treated by ion exchanger will be purified to less ion contained water, i.e. pure water. The exchange resin with cation or anion adsorbed can be regenerated by Acid (H+) or Alkaline (OH-) due to its natural reversible chemical reaction, The regenerated resin can then resume to service again.
