  • CNC 4 GUIDE-WAY GIANT LATHE
    4 Guide-way CNC Giant Lathe is a special type of flat bed lathe. It has one wide bed and 2 pairs of guide ways. Its tailstock and steady rests are placed on the pair of guide ways at the rear side. Thus, we would build the carriage across the 4 guide ways (called full length cross slide) as standard model; this model could stand for very heavy duty machining and has full cross slide travel. Besides, we could build its carriage on one pair of guide way at the front side (called half length cross slide). In this option, the carriage wouldn’t interfere with steady rests and its tailstock; it’s very good at outer diameter machining at one time without removing steady rests.

  • FLAT BED CNC LATHE
    1. The major basic parts such as the lathe bed, lathe feet, the middle supporting plate, the spindle box are all made of HT250 cast iron. The lathe feet are the structure of box type. The compact and reasonable symmetric structure ensures high rigidity, good bending resistance and damping effect of basic parts, which guarantees the rigidity and precision of Z axis effectively when it is cutting. The castings adopt the type of resin sand molding and have been processed by the aging treatment. The guide rail surface of lathe bed adopts super audio quenching and the penetration depth can reach to 2 mm, which provides the guarantee for the stability of lathe for a long time using. 2. The middle supporting plate together with the whole lathe bed, the middle slip plate and the sliding surface of supporting plate are all adopt the line rail technology of Taiwan, with the characteristics of fast speed, intermittent creep elimination, high rigidity, low friction, and low noise. With automatic mandated lubrication, it improves the machine accuracy. 3. The feed of X, Z direction adopts the inner loop preloading large-lead ball screw with double nut so it is of high feed speed. The drive motor connect with screw straightly via elastic coupling. The feed servo motor conducts power to the high precision ball screw directly and continuously. It ensures the accuracy of positioning and synchronization for the lathe. 4. Spindle box is designed of high gear position and low speed rotation, which greatly increased the torque in the process of chipping. It uses spindle unit which is high speed, high precision, and high rigidity. The bearing capacity of axial and radial is very strong, the top speed can reach to a high RPM according to the different type. 5. The two guide rail of X, Z direction and screw are all adopt protective device, which ensures the cleanness of lead screw and guide rail. It also ensures the accuracy of drive and motion and machine service life. 6. The outer protective device of the whole lathe is of the full protective structure. It is easy to operate, safe and reliable and beautifully designed. 7. The lathe uses a reliable automatic and central lubricating device. It can lubricate automatically and intermittently to all lubrication points of CNC lathe. And it can settle lubricating time according to operating conditions. 8. The operating system of the lathe adopts the principle of ergonomics so that it could be operated conveniently.
